A few years back I was a 289 pound kid working in the oil field. I was sick, sad and unhealthy. I got tired of living in the same pattern and knew something needed to change. Through my own health journey, I found soul nourishment and purpose, which is why I am so passionate about helping others do the same. As an indigenous and locally owned business, I’m committed to serving this community with the same care and respect that helped me on my own journey. And it all started with just one step in the right direction.
